What cards do you accept as payment?

I think I have been charged too much. What do I do?

Please check your order confirmation email. This confirms the cost of delivery and whther you used a promotional code to get a reduced delivery charge. If you're still unsure, please email us at services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday - Friday 09.30-18.00)

Are my credit/debit card details safe?

Yes. Our website is secure. The details you give us when you place an order are transmitted safely. You can check the security settings on our website. If you right click when you are entering your personal details or your payment information and then click on properties, you can see our website uses a secure server and any information will be encrypted for your protection.

Can I pay with Vouchers?

Yes! We are however only able to accept the 'Virgin the Voucher' Gift Vouchers. These Vouchers have individual expiry dates printed on the reverse so providing they are in date, they can be used with us!

You can place your order via our Website and pay for it using your Credit/Debit Card. Please do be aware that if your purchase is for a lower amount than the face value of the Voucher, no change can be given, nor may post and packaging charges be deducted from the Voucher as the Voucher may only be exchanged for goods. Once you have placed your order, just send your Vouchers in to us (we recommend you send them via Special Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any Vouchers lost in the post) with a note stating your name, address, contact number and your order number (you'll find this in your confirmation email we send you). We will then reimburse the original Card used to pay for the order within 7-10 days of receiving your Vouchers. The address to post your Vouchers to us is:

When will you take the payment?

Once you have submitted your order we will take payment. We'll send you confirmation of your order and delivery via email. Please retain this for information.
