Toning Technique:

Apply the pads to the middle of your face forehead with pads of your fingers, sweep up to the hair line and then across the brow and then backto the centre.

Repeat until moving to the temples, sweep inwards and along the cheek bone and up each side of the nose up to the forehead.

Lengthen the sweep from the forehead down the sides of the face to the chin and upwards onto the cheeks in circular movements.
