I haven't received my order. What should I do?

We're sorry about this. If you have used our next day delivery service then the first thing to do is check and see if your local Post Office sorting office has it. We normally use Royal Mail to deliver your goods. They may have already tried to deliver it to you and they will have left you a card with their contact details. Sometimes we run promotions with reduced delivery charges. If your order is part of a promotion like this it can take up to 14 days to receive your items. Please check your order confirmation email to check it matches your expectations. If you've tried the Post Office and your order is not part of a special promotion then email us at services@vieathome.com with your order number or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday to Friday 09.30 - 18.00) and we will resolve this for you.

I've changed my mind about my order but I've already received it. What can I do? 

We offer a 30 day guarantee on all our items. If you want to return your item then email us at services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022. We'll send you a freepost return note. Once we have received your items we'll refund your card within 7 - 10 days.

My order has arrived but it's damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your order has been damaged. Please email us your order number at services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday - Friday 09.30 - 18.00) and we will arrange a replacement for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you used our standard delivery service then your goods will be with you in between 3 and 5 days working days. If you have asked for next day delivery then as long as you placed your order before 12pm Monday to Thursday then it should be with you the next day. Sometimes we run promotions with reduced delivery charges. If your order is part of a promotion like this it can take up to 14 days to receive your items. Please check your order confirmation email to check it matches your expectations.

I've recieved the wrong products. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear your order is wrong. Please contact us with your order number by email at services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday to Friday 09.30 - 18.00). We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. You'll need to follow our returns process to return any incorrect items to us using our freepost address.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order if it hasn't already left our warehouse. If it's already been sent then we are sorry but we cannot refund the delivery charge. If you're not sure email us on services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday - Friday 09.30 - 18.00) as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help you.

What if an item is out of stock?

If the item you want it out of stock we are sorry about this. We can notify you when it comes back in stock. Click on the 'alert me' information beneath the item and we'll email you when it comes back in stock.

I am placing items in my shopping basket but they keep disappearing.

It may be that your computer has too many cookies stored in it, You'll need to delete some cookies to allow items to stay in your basket. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that get stored in your computer when you visit certain web pages. We use cookies to keep track of what you have in your shopping basket. This means if you return to our website it will save the items in your basket for a while. Cookies don't contain any personal information. To shop with us you'll need the cookie setting on your computer to be enabled. You are probably using a PC and a browser called Internet Explorer. If this is the case then click on tools at the top of your screen and select options and then privacy. You can then choose the setting you would like. If you use a MAC, then you'll need to click preferences and then cookies.
