Returning or Exchanging Products 

 

 

We want to ensure all of our Customers are absolutely satisfied with their purchases, which is why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any purchases made from our online shop.

We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website or from our Catalogues, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date.

However, if the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. 

Where applicable, please do read the product information as regards washing instructions - we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged due to being washed in an incorrect manner.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

 

 

How to return or exchange products

Contact our Customer Service Team

 

  • Call 0845 300 8022 between 9.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday. We will establish the reason for the return and give you a Return Request Number (RRN).

  • We will either arrange a date for collection providing goods weigh over 4kgs or ask you to return them using our Freepost returns address.

  • Click here to download the Returns Form and the Freepost/Collection address details. Please ensure you print off 2 copies.

  • Please ensure that the form is completed in full and include the RRN number. Without this number we will be unable to process the return for a refund/exchange, so please do not forget to include this.

  • Always return the product(s) in the original undamaged packaging.

  • If you are sending the returned product(s) via our Freepost address through the post office, please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting which is free of charge.

We will refund you as promptly as possible, but usually within 7 working days of goods being returned to us. If you have any further queries regarding our Return’s Policy, please do contact us.
