How much is the delivery charge?  Our standard delivery charge is £3.95. We also offer next day delivery, but this costs a little more (see below).

How long does it take?  Standard delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays)

Where do you deliver to?  We deliver to anywhere in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. That includes all the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. The only place we do not deliver to is the Channel Islands. And that’s only because of tax reasons – sorry about that.

Can I get my order delivered tomorrow?  Yes!  Next day delivery costs £5.95. You’ll need to place your order before 12 noon and is only valid Monday to Friday. It doesn’t include bank holidays. We’re sorry but we only offer next day delivery to UK mainland addresses. We just can’t get to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight fast enough!

Can I get my order delivered to an address other than my own?  Yes, you can choose where your order gets delivered to providing it’s within our delivery area. This makes sending a gift really easy.
