ive been waiting since before christmas for soft beige to be in stock but sorry ive found another make now-think theres a lot of unhappy customers!
I've used face base for years but no stock as usual. Can anyone recommend a replacement product that is just as good as this? A few people have mentioned MAC but what is name of the MAC product?
I love this product but every time i go to order it there is never any in stock! So disappointing considering you know how popular the product is! Please have this product more readily available because iv had to resort to finding something different! Other than this the product is amazing. Covers all blemishs. Amazing :)

Last time I rang up customer services the (extremely disinterested) person I spoke to told me Soft Beige is unlikely to be in stock before the end of March. I asked why. She said it is down to problems with their suppliers. I asked what the problem is. She said I'm not sure but the company is in negotiation with them about it. I think it's totally ridiculous that such a big company as Virgin
I've been trying to replenish my stock for over a month now...does this product ever come back in stock? Will have to buy off eBay instead at this rate.
I too have been waiting since Christmas for this, its driving me mad! Customer Service were useless in helping with whether it is returning any time soon??

Still no stock - been waiting since December. All I want is an Ivory refill - just should not be so difficult to place an order! It's a great product but no good if you can't get any!
