I've spent many an hour at the cosmetics counters of many shops being told that the foundation I'm looking at is definately the best match and the one for me... only to find when I return home it's definately not. This is a brilliant product in itself but I was very disappointed that this refill did not fit in my exsisting compact. I have had refills previously and they fitted perfectly. The old refills had a metal casing but this had a metal casing encased in plastic. My husband had to very gently prize the plastic case off (NOT EASY as the glue was VERY strong) so that it would fit my compact but in doi
Vie customer service were very helpful - turns out I had an old-style compact which gave me the refill problem. I now have a new-style blue one and am very satisfied.
I love this powder, hence I've just bought my third refill. Only problem is getting it out of the plastic tray to put in in my compact - last time I wasted a load because it broke up when I prized it away from the glue. Anyone got an idea how this should be done?
