This product is lovely - smells gorgeous and is really relaxing. Makes your bed linen smell like it has been freshly washed every night! It doesn't make your pillow soggy either as the mist is fine.
I have always had trouble getting a good nights sleep and suffer with insomnia quite frequently as I always find my mind is racing with what I need to do the next day etc. This product relaxes me with its soothing smell and I drift off into a sound nights sleep. Heaven sent for those of us who just cant sleep!
