Not all people are white with blue eyes and can use the three basic foundations that you have. there are DARK skinned people that uses foundation. I guess you don't cater to us.
PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK PERFECT BALANCE, Been using Flawless Perfection but it is Way too Thick,,like clay mask,,needed to order some foundation but now i see you have stopped CARAMEL COLOUR !!!!! YOU are not listening to your customers,,Im sad to say its back to the High Street for my Foundation .
Why is nobody at Vie listening to everyone pleading for Perfect Balance to be brought back. I have tried all your other foundations and none of them are half as good. This one is OK but thats about it. I have now moved on to buying foundations from other companies, even paying a lot more than your prices in an attempt to find one as good as Perfect Balance, so maybe I'll find one eventually
What did you gain discontinuing Perfect balance?? You lost customers for a start, one being me, and you're going against what you say about the customer comes first! If thats so true you'd listen to your customers and bring the product back! I'm not happy and looks as though I'm not the only one.
Great coverage and fairly easy to blend considering consistancy. A little too thick for my liking though and did block my pores a little.
Oh great!! first you stop doing perfect balance foundation and now you've stopped doing the caramel shade in flawless finish!! HAPPY CHRISTMAS EH!!
Since this product was discontinued you have received a ton of requests to bring this product back. Can you give a good reason as to why this cannot be done.

Forget entering me into the monthly prize draw, when are you actually going to start listening to your customers?!
